Call Haven Partners provides its customers with telephony services as described more fully on the Internet at www.callhavenpartners.com (the “Website”). Call Haven Partners reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 

CHP may restrict, suspend, terminate or modify Customer’s service with notice, at its sole discretion, in order to maintain or improve the services, to prevent fraud or for any other reason determined by CHP.  

Please note that Call Haven Partners may change our Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and such changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of such modified Terms and Conditions on the Website at www.callhavenpartners.com. Your use of the Service after such changes have been posted on the Website constitutes your acceptance of all changes. 

At any time, if it is determined by Call Haven Partners that you have abused or violated any of these terms and conditions, Call Haven Partners reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately without liability of any kind to Call Haven Partners. 

Refund Policy 

Please note, all refunds are at the discretion of Call Haven Partners. Monthly lease payments are non-refundable and will not be prorated regardless of usage. You may cancel at any time during the month, but if a transaction has been charged for monthly fees, the account will be terminated on the last day of the month. When a number or number(s) are ported to another carrier, refunds for port fees are not applicable. 

Reasonable Use Policy

Call centers, inbound lead generation, and anyone requiring simultaneous calls should contact us to set up a Partner account. Call Haven Partners lease plans may only be used for normal business use and are provided only for live dialog between two individuals. Call Haven Partners reserves the right without prior notice to disconnect or suspend your service if Call Haven Partners determines that your use of the service violates this Reasonable Use Policy. 

If Call Haven Partners, in its sole discretion, believes that you have violated any of the above restrictions or that you have otherwise violated any applicable law, Call Haven Partners may forward the objectionable material, as well as your communications with Call Haven Partners and your personally identifiable information, to the appropriate authorities for investigation and prosecution, and may immediately terminate your service without penalty or liability of any kind to Call Haven Partners. Payment Information 

When payment is required for leasing or port fees, a secure link is sent through our payment processor. Credit card information is handled securely and will never be stored on Call Haven Partners premises, but only through our secure payment processor.

Modifications To Service 

Leases are a month‐to‐month service. You may cancel anytime. Monthly lease payments are non‐refundable and will not be prorated regardless of usage. Leased numbers are owned by the lessor, and service will cease if the lease is broken or canceled. Leased numbers cannot be ported away to another carrier. The lessee does not have authorization or ownership to port number. The monthly rate will stay the same with a current account. Payments are automatically charged on the 1st of the month. Additional minutes, if applicable, will also be automatically charged on the 1st of the month for the prior month’s service. 

First month’s invoice is due prior to service being started. Second month’s invoice will reflect a credit prorated based on the start date of the prior month. Your account will be considered delinquent if your credit card company refuses for any reason to pay the amount billed. Your access to the services may be suspended if your account is delinquent. You have 3 days to update billing information on your account or CHP may impose a charge to restore services. Any account which is suspended for more than 30 days will be terminated.

Call Haven Partners is not a carrier and is not responsible for issues that arise when porting numbers to or from our service. Our support team will work with you to resolve any issue that may arise to the best of our abilities. 

Cancellation 

You may cancel your account at any time. You may cancel your account by sending an email to accounts@callhavenpartners.com.  Your account termination will take effect on the last day of the month that monthly fees have been paid.
